シリコン中の熱フォノンの平均自由行程スペクトルを考慮して設計・作製した多結晶シリコン薄膜および周期300 nmのフォノニック結晶ナノ構造を有する平面型熱電変換デバイスの性能を紹介し、発電量増大に向けた課題と取り組みを紹介する。
