[11a-W933-6] Development of time-resolved electrostatic force microscopy using tip synchronization

We developed a time-resolved electrostatic force microscopy using tip synchronization. The time resollution of this method will be discussed by numerical calculation of tip motion under external electric field. The appication for photovoltaic organic materials and organic FET are demonstrated. Furthermore, we will report the results of applications for induced dipole on insulating material.
