In order to fabricate QD superlattice, this laboratory prepares an array (template) of inverted pyramid holes whose ridge directions coincide with the Si substrate using anisotropic etching, and on top of that, the structural symmetry We are considering a method of sedimenting and arranging high chemical synthesis QD. In this study, we investigated the effect of QD shape, sedimentation time, template presence and absence on optical properties of QD superlattice fabricated by our method.
