In this work, we prepared and calibrated micro-thermocouples for thermal transport measurements of nano-materials. Seebeck coefficients of the thermocouples showed smaller values compared to bulk materials. Thickness dependences of the Seebeck coefficients ware also demonstrated when we fabricated Au, Cr, and Ni thin-film electrodes.
