前回我々は酸化膜キャパシタから温度変動下で変位電流を外部へ取り出す環境発電手法を提案し、V_FBの温度係数が大きい系で温度変動時に流れる変位電流量が増大する結果を報告した。今回界面ダイポール層の温度依存性の効果が温度変動に伴うキャパシタの蓄積電荷量の変動に寄与することが示唆される結果が得られた。これより上記の発電手法では、界面ダイポール層の温度依存性の効果を利用できると期待してよい。
