We are aiming to generate Schubert calculus series, which is mathematical treatment of combination problem, by physical phenomenon. It enables solving more complicated decision making problem. Our previous experimental research showed that nanometer-scale photoisomerization in photochromic crystal forms a chain of local branching and selection with spontaneous symmetry breaking. In this study we connected this physical system with Schubert calculus series by a certain measurement process. We present measurement method and series generation method.
