Keywords:Atmospheric-pressure plasma jet, Emission propagation

Recent years, applied research on a low-temperature atmospheric-pressure plasma jet has been conducted, and a lot of phenomena induced by plasma treatment are reported. In most cases, however, understanding of a mechanism in that phenomena has been not completed, yet. For a better understanding of that, clarifying of plasma characteristics is important. In our study, we focused on emission propagation phenomena that relate to a plasma generation. We observed a streamer propagation by the measurement system using avalanche photo diode. In addition, we confirmed changing of the phenomena with differences of discharge conditions.
