ハイブリッド対向スパッタ (HFTS)は真空を破らずに容易にプラズマ状態・スパッタ電圧をその材料に最適な状態に設定・制御しかつ，高エネルギー粒子の基板衝撃効果の抑制ができるという特徴をもつ。ハイブリッド対向スパッタで，RF-DC結合電源を用いた効果の可動棒磁石移動距離依存性について調べた。
