Keywords:reservoir computing, spintronics, spin torque oscillator

In the field of spintronics which has been studying control and observation of spin dynamics, reservoir computing using a spin torque oscillator has attracted attention in recent years. However, in actual experiments, external circuits other than oscillator also exhibit nonlinearity, so it must be taken care. In this study, short-term memory capacity was evaluated with or without the oscillator. As a result, an increase in the memory capacity by the oscillator was observed. Therefore, it was confirmed that the spin torque oscillator is responsible for memory in the system.
