Ryosho Nakane1,2, Gouhei Tanaka1,2, Akira Hirose2,1 (1.IIIEE, Univ. of Tokyo, 2.EEIS, Univ. of Tokyo)

Keywords:reservoir computing, neuralnetwork, spin wave

“Neuralnetwork on a chip” can be realized by using physical phenomena of spin waves transmitting via a magnetic garnet film. In the talk, a spin-wave-based reservoir computing device will be proposed, with focusing on its operation principal and functionalities. Then, a machine-learning task based on spin wave simulation will be presented to show the generalization capability and potential for reservoir computing. Finally, the outlook of the device will be discussed.
