We propose an approach to fabricating microfluidic cells using the cross-diffusion of molecules material during the photo-polymerization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of microfluidic channel formation under photopolymerization. As a result, the outline of the microfluidic channels was determined by rapid cross diffusion at the initial stage.
