Keywords:Single-molecule measurement, MCBJ, DNA seaquencer

Single-molecule measurement using the MCBJ method attracts attention as a technology for highly sensitive detecting. Applications as DNA sequencers have been reported. However, it was not able to discriminate the length of consecutive bases with the conventional analysis method. In this research, experiments and analyzes were performed with the aim of discriminating the number of consecutive bases.
In the experiments, we measured the DNA with 6 bases and 7 bases dAMP sequences. The obtained signals were classified using machine learning. We succeeded in discrimination with accuracy of 0.6.
