We investigate the fabrication of composite microstructured hydrogels by multi-photon photopolymerization. Poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) hydrogels solution was permeate to a crosslinked PEGDA hydrogels with different molecular weight. Two photon photopolymerization was induced by femtosecond laser pulses in a PEGDA hydrogel.
