Keywords:coating, antifouling, fluorine

Previously, we developed dust-repellent coating and water-repellent coating. These coatings are applied to our mass products now, and helpful in decreasing the cleaning frequency. For prevention of oil adhesion, we have recently developed the oil-slippery coating which consists of fluorine resin and fluorine lubricant. This coating surface is covered by lubricant layer, so the oil is easily shed from the surface. The oil-slippery property and the surface conditions of the coatings are different according to the material combination.
