[9p-PA1-23] Changes in properties due to film thickness of conductive material using tin monoxide and phosphoric acid

Keywords:Tin monoxide, phosphoric acid

It has been revealed that the substance obtained by heat treating a mixture of tin monoxide and phosphoric acid exhibits electric conductivity and its electric conduction characteristic changes with respect to a reducing gas such as hydrogen. In addition, it is expected that the electrical conduction characteristics of hydrocarbon gas are changed, and it is confirmed that the butane gas concentration decreases due to the change of the electric conduction characteristics by butane gas and the existence of the sample.
In order to clarify the influence of the thickness of the specimen on the electric conduction characteristics, the film thickness was changed and the electric conduction characteristics were examined. As a result, a large change in the electric conduction characteristics was observed in the thick specimen.
