Various printing processes have been studied as a technique for the printed electronics with high throughput. We developed solvent-free patterning of organic semiconductor materials using electrophotographic technology. In this work, application of the toner-type technology to metal particles for electrodes of printed electronics will be reported. Ag and other metal nanoparticles were patterned on a film substrate by a toner-type technology. To make a thin film of the patterned metal particles, ultrasonic sintering with various sintering condition was conducted.
