[9p-PB1-29] Ferromagnetic resonance of a [GeTe/Sb₂Te₃] /Py super lattice

A [GeTe/Sb₂Te₃] super lattice is known as one of the topological insulator. It shows magnetic responses such as a magnet optical effect, a magneto resistance, a magneto capacitance and so on. In this paper we study a spin hall effect using ST-FMR with Py. It shows FMR signal with a large symmetric component. The lattice may have the large spin hall effect.
