[9p-PB1-49] Ferromagnetic resonance of Py/Ag/Bi trilayers on coplanar waveguides
Keywords:ferromagnetic resonance, Rashba effect
At interfaces between silver (Ag) and bismuth (Bi) layers, broken space-inversion symmetry and spin-orbit interaction give rise to the spin splitting effects, named Rashba effects. While spin-to-charge current conversion at the Rashba interfaces has been studied intensively, the magnetization precession in ferromagnetic leyers attached to the Rashba interfaces has yet to be explored. In this study, we have studied ferromagnetic resonance of permalloy-Ag-Bi trilayers on coplanar waveguides.
