Diamond nanoparticle thin films were preparated by an adsorption method using a self-assembled monolayer. The electric current easily flowed by inserting a diamond nanoparticle thin films in EOD. It was found that electron injection effect can be obtained efficiently by forming an extremely thin diamond nanoparticle thin films of about several nm.
