For the purpose of dry adhesion of dissimilar materials, an acrylic polymer film having carboxy group or epoxy group was vapor-deposited on the surface of the substrate and bonded by thermocompression bonding. A polymer thin film having a carboxy group on a Polyimide (PI) film was prepared and a polymer thin film having an epoxy group was formed on a brass plate or a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film. After bringing them into close contact with each other, they were pressed and heated to bond them. A tensile force was applied to this, and the adhesive strength was measured, so that good adhesion was obtained.
