[9p-W621-2] Machine Search for Functional Optical Metasurfaces

As a non-empirical approach to design metasurfaces, we attempted to conduct automatical machine search only by setting a rule to generate unit cells. We have extracted functional metasurfaces from the search results; therefore, it is shown that this non-empirical approach does search unexplored metasurfaces.
