[9p-W833-2] High performance data-driven science for positron diffraction

Takeo Hoshi1 (1.Tottori Univ.)

Keywords:positron diffraction, data-driven science, supercomputer

The data analysis method was developed for the total-reflection high-energy positron diffraction experiment under the collaboration between supercomputer and large-scale experimental facility. The present paper gives an outlook on the high performance data-driven science for positron diffraction and focuses the overview of existing papers (K. Tanaka et al, poster in this meeting; JPS meeting on Sep. 2018). The reverse analysis (diffrection data → atomic position) by high performance global (model-free initial-value-free) search will bring out, fully, the potential ability of the experiment. The analysis method is applicable also to other experiments.
