We examined improvement conversion efficiency of the GaInP solar cell, which is optimal as the light receiving devices of the optical wireless power transmission system in the visible light region. In this study, we introduced distributed Bragg reflector structure (DBR) on the back side of GaInP solar cell. This is because it was expected that improveing photoelectric conversion efficiency in the absorption layer (improving external quantum efficiency (EQE)) due to the incident laser light of specific wavelengths were reflected by the DBR mirror. As a result, it was confirmed that the efficiency of the GaInP solar cell was improved owing to EQEs were improved at wavelengths range from 600 to 660 nm.
