[10p-Z17-12] Deep UV Surface Plasmon Resonance using nano-hemisphere on mirror (NHoM) structure with Ga nano-particles

We have been working on the control of SP resonance wavelength in the deep ultraviolet wavelength region by localized SP resonance using Al nano-particles. In this study, we devised the NHoM structure using Ga nano-particles on the Al metal layer and spacer layer instead of Al nano-particles, which are difficult to fabricate and control. With this structure, the splitting of the resonance peak, which was difficult to observe in the NHoM structure using Al nano-particles, was clearly observed, and it is in good agreement with the calculation results.
