Many of operatoin properties of semiconductor devices depend on electron-phonon interaction. It is required to take knowledge on phonon dyanamics, electron-phonon interaction processes, phnonon transport processes for the device design incouding thermal issues. In this presentation, we will introduce microscopic phonon transport analysis by Raman spectroscopy using two wavelengths lasers and the theorectical analysis for phonon-carrier dynamics affecting devices properties mainly for photo emission devices.
