In order to foster the next generation who will live in a future society having a diversified values and essential problems, the mind-set of the faculty is urgently required. This presentation will introduce various attempts of Kyushu University for promotion and visualization of female's activity, which won the first Jun Ashida Award last year. We also discuss how to overcome the issue of unconscious bias through the newly started program, "Diversity and Super Global Training Program for Female and Young Faculty (SENTAN-Q)".
