CITIZEN Watch corp started out as a watch manufacture that is familiar to citizens, as the name suggests. In the precision indutry, women are traditionaly active, especially in the manufacturing sector, and our Meisters are also women. The DNA is also found in the development department, where the ratio of female researchers is high and they are active with various career paths. The end result is an environment where eveyone can work and be creative. We will report its environment and recruitment.
