Keywords:DAST crystal, capillary electrophoresis, near-field terahertz spectroscopy

In order to improve the sensitivity of near-field THz spectroscopic detection for capillary electrophoresis, two attempts have been applied. The first, AR-coated DAST crystal was used as a THz-wave source. The second, thin wall-capillaries etched by HF around detection position were applied. Both trials were recognized to bring the sensitivity enhancement.
