In recent years, the number of allergic patients has been increasing. Therefore, a detector is needed to determine whether the patient has allergic before allergic reactions occur. In this study, histamine was measured by using a Terahertz Chemical Microscope. The measurement time of it is about 10 minutes and the amount of specimen is about 1/100 of the conventional method, so it can be measured with a much smaller amount compared to the conventional method. The results showed that there was a proportional relationship between terahertz wave intensity and histamine concentration.
