[14a-B309-9] Near-Field Imaging of Two-Dimensional Plasmonic Chip

We investigated spectral and spatial characteristics of two-dimensional plasmonic chip by aperture-type near-field optical microscope. We performed near-field transmission measurements on the plasmonic chip and found that unique spatial patterns were observed in the near-field transmission images. From the electromagnetic simulations, we revealed that the observed spatial patterns were well correlated with the near-field distributions on the plasmonic chip.
