[14a-D305-6] Analysis of Phenylalanine by Static Voltage Atom Probe

Attempts were made to analyze phenylalanine by static voltage atom probe which utilizes dc voltage for ionization and electrostatic chopper for time-of-flight measurements. As a result, several ion species that were considered to be fragment ions of phenylalanine were observed.
