We report the development of a scanning diamond pillar NV center probe and the imaging of stray magnetic field of the CoFe island surface. A diamond pillar with a tip diameter of about 4 µm is attached to a quartz tuning fork type AFM probe. Laser optics that measure magnetic fields by the ODMR method have an incident angle tilted 30 ° with respect to the sample surface. When the frequency spectrum obtained while scanning the sample surface was mapped at 2.95 GHz, a change in fluorescence intensity was observed according to the magnetic structure.
