In this study, we applied the hydrophilic treatment to bone-regeneration scaffolds using a device developed by using the plasma bullet launched from dielectric plate. In order to investigate the effect of the pre-pumping time of the reactor on the hydrophilic treatment performance of the scaffolds, we measured the dependence of the scaffold permeability on the reactor pumping time and found that the permeability increased significantly when the pumping time was increased from 0 to 60 seconds.
