We have reported the terahertz-wave generation due to difference-frequency mixing under the conditions of resonant excitation of excitons confined in GaAs/AlAs multiple quantum wells. In this work, we will report the terahertz-wave generation using the above barrier states in a GaSb/AlGaSb multiple quantum well.
