Keywords:InAs/GaAs quantum dots, Photoconductive Antenna

Photoconductive antenna (PCA) with a substrate made of multiple-stacked InAs/GaAs quantum dots which works in communication band with the light wavelength of 1.3, 1.5 um were developed. In this study, we measured photo current in a gap of dipole antenna on a substrate with multiple-stacked InAs/GaAs QDs induced by a laser light with wavelength of 532 nm, and obtained a mapping image of photo-induced current.
