Organic thin film transistor (OTFT) applications include wearable sensors that can be worn on a daily basis to enable real-time sensing. In the field of biosensing, OTFTs are applied as amplifier circuits for signal amplification. In this study, an inverter circuit with voltage amplification function and a buffer circuit with low output resistance are connected in series to fabricate an OTFT circuit that has signal amplification function and can transmit signals to the wireless communication module of the biosensor without attenuation.
