[12p-N307-9] Deposition of g-C3N4 on TiO2 nanotube arrays toward visible-light-responsive photocatalyst
Keywords:semiconductor photocatalyst, graphitic carbon nitride
Hydrogen has drawn attention as a next generation clean energy source. In this study, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) particles with excellent visible light absorption and reduction power were deposited on titanium dioxide nanotube arrays (TNTs) with high reactive specific surface area. As a result, the enhancement of photocatalytic activity (water photo-oxidation and hydrogen reduction power) on TNT/g-C3N4 under visible light irradiation was confirmed.
