△ [12p-S203-11] Fabrication of Epitaxial InSb Thin Film on Various Perovskite Oxide Substrates

We demonstarted that BiFe0.9Co0.1O3 thin film has a strong interacton between ferroelectric and ferromagnetic domain, and verified magnetization reversal by applying electric field perpendicular to the film using probe microscope. In order to exploit as a low power magenetic memory device using this phenomenon, device structure for detection of magnetization reversal is required. In this research, we aim for depositon of highly sensitive magnetic sensor upon BiFe0.9Co0.1O3 thin film. We evaluate the crystallinity and electrical property of InSb thin film grown on oxide substrates of GdScO3(110) and SrTiO3 (001).
