A cavity-resonator-integrated guided-mode resonance mirror (CRIGM) is consisting of a grating coupler (GC) and a waveguide cavity on a high-reflection substrate. Normally, reflection wave distribution is different from incident wave distribution. In this study, we propose a method of matching reflection wave with Gaussian incident wave. A refection wave of CRIGM contains radiation wave from a GC. Amplitude of radiation wave is influenced by the relative position of the grating teeth against a standing wave generated by the waveguide cavity. We considered the distribution of the relative position and confirmed that the distribution of the reflection wave matched with that of the incident wave.
