Keywords:Transition metal dichalcogendes, Time resolved STM, Exciton

Transition metal dichalcogenide atomic layer semiconductors have stable excitons at room temperature which is promising application for new information transfer devices. A detailed study of the spatiotemporal dynamics of excitons should be needed, but it has not been possible to detect them on the nm scale. In this study, we succeeded in evaluating exciton dynamics of WS2/WSe2 in-plane heterostructure on nm scale using originally developed time-resolved multiprobe STM. This technique is expected to contribute to exciton study on nm scale.
