[18a-Z02-4] Thermopower & Thermal Conductivity of Metal Oxide Thin Films

We have conducted research on the enhancement of thermopower of electron-doped SrTiO₃ by the quantum size effect of superlattice and electric field-induced two-dimensional electron gas, and the reduction of thermal conductivity of layered cobalt oxide by heavy metal element substitution. I plan to introduce recent research results on thermopower and thermal conductivity of metal oxide thin films.
