GaPN混晶は中間バンド型太陽電池として応用が期待されている。太陽電池の高効率化を目指すには中間バンドを介した非発光再結合準位の検出・評価が重要である。今回は、窒素濃度1.4%と3.2%の試料を比較し、非発光再結合過程を評価したので報告する。
