Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskites such as methylammonium (MAPbBr3) have a high Seebeck coefficient and low thermal conductivity suitable for thermoelectric conversion materials. Although the low conductivity can be improved by doping, it is important to investigate the crystal structure because the crystal distortion caused by atomic substitution may degrade the electrical properties. In this study, we prepared Cu-doped MAPbBr3 crystals and performed X-ray diffraction measurements, and concluded that the crystal distortion caused by Cu substitution is very small.
