[20a-C301-4] Fluorescence spectrum measurement of NV center in a microfluidic device
Keywords:Diamond NV center, All-optical thermometry, Tissue chip
In order to measure temperature distribution on tissue surfaces with tissue chips using microfluidic technology and human-derived cells, we are developing an all-optical temperature measurement using ZPL peak wavelength by fixing nanodiamonds with NV centers at the bottom of microfluidic channels. This presentation reports experimental results showing that the variation of the fluorescence spectral shape of the NV center, which depends on the flow of the medium and other factors in the microfluidic channel, is smaller than the discrimination limit of the wavelength in the temperature determination.
