In general, mobility of electrons is an order of magnitude lower than that of holes. It is one of the problem on practical application. However, the microscopic origin has not been clarified yet. In this study, we employed our original large-scale transport simulation method "time-dependent wave-packet diffusion method" and experimental techniques called "(inverse) photoelectron spectroscopy" and showed that low-frequency intramolecular vibrational modes largely modulate the electronic band dispersion. Furhtermore, we found that the electron is strongly scatted by the vibrations in comparison with holes.
