Keywords:X-ray, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, Lab analyzing sytem

X-ray absorption spectroscopy has been performed using a synchrotron radiation facility that can obtain high-intensity X-rays with variable energy as a light source. Recently, by making the target of the X-ray source of the laboratory equipment a fine structure, it has become possible to generate X-rays with high brightness and selectable X-ray energy. In this presentation, we report on the X-ray absorption spectroscope developed for the laboratory.
