Tin-based perovskite solar cells are expected to be the next generation of solar cells due to their advantages of low cost, flexibility, and low environmental impact. However, the performance and lifetime of the devices are still low due to the oxidation problem of Sn(Ⅱ). Therefore, we have performed operando ESR measurements to investigate the charge state and charge transfer at the interface of tin perovskite solar cells doped with mixed spacer cations of PEA+ and BA+. An increase in the spin number and open circuit voltage was observed upon light irradiation.
