In this study, we will create CMOS control circuit for optically-powered implantable microdevice. Up until now we have used a 0.35 μm standard CMOS process. We will try to shift to a 0.18 μm standard CMOS process because we will miniaturize our device and decrease power consumption. In this presentation, we considered and designed the CMOS control circuit which generates the reference voltage for the sake of stable operation and is expected to drive with excellent constant voltage and low power consumption. The evaluation of the circuit is discussed.
