[23a-E307-5] Simulation of CMOS circuit and single-electron transistors for readout of spin qubits

A single electron transistor (SET) is generally used for reading spin qubits. Instead of amplifying the small output of a single SET, we provide a reference SET to compare the target SET, and propose a CMOS circuit that amplifies the difference between the signals of the two SETs. We repot the simulation results using SPICE simulator.
