Iron chalcogenide superconductor FeSe has high tunability of superconducting transition temperature (Tc). Notably, monolayer on SrTiO3 substrate has attracted much attention for the interface superconductivity with much higher Tc than bulk. Last time, we reported realizing interface superconductivity in PLD-grown films with thicknesses of 10 nm or higher, while all reports of interface superconductivity had been realized in MBE-grown films. In this work, we report the successful growth of films thinner than reported last time and their superconducting properties.
